At Sylvan Springs Resort, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are dedicated to creating a serene and luxurious environment for your stay and also to provide you with an exceptional and memorable event experience. . To uphold our standards of excellence, we invite you to familiarize yourself with our policy, which details our approach to safeguarding your personal information throughout your time with us.

The following terms and conditions are strictly enforced for all guests checking into the resort:

1. Guest Registration:

The resort is authorized to accommodate only properly registered guests. Guests must present a valid national ID card, passport, or any other acceptable form of identification to the front desk upon check-in.

2. Payment of Bills:

All bills must be settled upon arrival. Payments can be made in cash or via valid credit cards; checks are not accepted.

3. Accommodation Period:

Guests are required to utilize their rooms for the agreed-upon duration. No refunds will be issued for early departures.

4. Check-Out Policy:

If the accommodation period is not specified in advance, guests must check out by 11:00 AM on the final day of their stay. All guests are obligated to vacate their rooms by this time.

5. Security of Valuables:

Guests are advised to secure their valuables in their rooms and to keep doors locked when not present or while sleeping. Although a security guard is on duty, they cannot monitor all rooms simultaneously. The resort is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings or property.

6. Reservation and Deposit Policy:

To confirm a reservation, a 50% security deposit of the total contract price must be paid. The deposit can be made to the resort’s bank account. Guests are encouraged to contact us for banking details. The cancellation policy is as follows:

  1. A full refund of the reservation fee will be provided for cancellations made 30 working days prior to the scheduled reservation.
  2. A 50% refund will be given for cancellations made between 7 to 15 working days prior.
  3. Cancellations made less than 7 working days before arrival will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

7. Rebooking Policy:

Rebooking must be completed at least 15 working days prior to the arrival date; otherwise, rebooking may not be permitted.

8. Early Check-In/Late Check-Out:

These privileges are subject to availability.

9. Room Hold Policy:

Rooms will be held until 7 PM on the day of arrival. If a guest fails to inform us of a late arrival and does not check in by this time, the room will be released, and the reservation fee will be forfeited.

10. Room Changes:

Guests wishing to extend their stay may be offered a different room from their original accommodation.

11. Key Deposit:

Resort keys must be returned to the reception desk upon leaving the premises and at checkout. A fee of Rs. 1500 will be charged for any lost keys.

12. Management Rights:

The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual on the premises and to request any guest to vacate their room without prior notice and without providing reasons. Guests are required to vacate when requested. Failure to do so may result in the removal of luggage and belongings from the occupied room and locking of the room, or renting it to another guest, particularly if the occupants are disturbing the peace or safety of the resort, its personnel, or other guests.

13. Room Furnishings:

Guests may not move furnishings or interfere with the electrical systems or any other installations within the resort without prior consent from management. Any malfunctions should be reported to reception for prompt resolution.

14. Medical Assistance:

Should a guest become ill or injured, the resort can assist in arranging medical care or transport to a hospital, all at the guest's expense.

15. Energy Conservation:

Upon departure, guests are required to turn off all water faucets, lights, and air conditioning units and to securely close doors as they leave. Doors and windows should remain closed while the air conditioning is in use.

16. Smoking Policy:

Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms for safety reasons.

17. Laundry Policy:

Washing clothes in the room is not allowed. Laundry services are available at the resort; please inquire at the reception.

18. Child Policy:

  • Children under 5 years of age stay free of charge.
  • A maximum of one child per room is permitted at no additional cost.

19. Quiet Hours:

Guests are expected to observe nighttime peace and not disturb others in the resort.

20. Feedback:

The resort welcomes complaints and suggestions from guests for improving our services.

21. Waiver:

In addition to the information sheet, guests will be required to sign a waiver to ensure their safety during their stay.

22. Minor Policy:

Minors under 18 years of age, regardless of gender, are not permitted to stay at the resort unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

23. Compliance with House Rules:

All guests are expected to adhere to these house rules. In the event of a breach, the resort reserves the right to terminate accommodation services prior to the agreed period.
